Andrew is so very generous in this account. He is a great guy to spend a day with and if any of you out there get the chance, GO FOR IT! He has a terrific sense of humor (I had indicated that my only dietary restriction for lunch was that I don’t eat possum and he kindly supplied smoked chicken! I think.) His skills as a fisherman and guide are fabulous and his is very patient with yanks who can’t cast as far as kiwis (i.e., all of us). I can’t wait to fish with him again and hope to link up with him and his new operation in the Bay of Islands. Thanks, Andrew, for one of the best days of my life.
