A beatiful sunny day greeted Mike Davis from England this morning on a beatiful New Zealand back country river. The fishing was good as usual with Mike landing 6 out of 10 hooked of which the biggest was this 6 pound rainbow and 3 of the others landed were over 4 pounds. The walk up the hill and over the rocks was OK for Mikes injured knee but we may consider some easier terrain tomorrow.
