Good day rafting with Ross Novak

Went raft fishing yesterday on our 4 pound pack rafts. These rafts blow up in a couple of minutes and allow you to get to water you can’t normally get to but yesterday we just used them to cover a lot of water quickly with hardly any walking. We even caught from the raft while drifting – easy fishing! The fish in this part of river 2 are generally smaller we counted anything above a pound, and the biggest was around 3 pounds although you do get them bigger of course around 2 pounds would be average. I only hooked 8 and Ross 17 – tinny barstard! We didn’t fish hard probably only for a couple of hours each all up, it was really a rafting exploratory mission.
