| Body: | Peacock hurl - red tinsel |
| Rib: | Fine copper wire |

Method
- Bind in Deer Hair Tail
- Bind in copper ribbing
- Bind in Peacock hurl
- Wind Peacock hurl 1/4 shank length and secure
- Bind in red tinsel
- Wind red tinsel 4 times to make a band and tie off
- Wind Peacock hurl to half way and tie off
- Wind copper ribbing to half way, tie off, and cut
- Bind in brown prepared hackle - see Hackling A Dry Fly
- Bind in Polywing across top of hook at a position 2/3rd's shank length - see Creating Wulff Wings With Polypropylene Yarn
- Wind peacock hurl from half way to head and tie off - this gives a bigger diameter to wind around for each turn of hackle ensuring a thicker hackled fly
- Wind in and tie off hackle - see Hackling A Dry Fly
- Apply a little head cement to the thread and whip finish
